Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
